YURTS CAN BE SO ADDICTIVE
Life in a yurt is an experience everyone should try at least
once - but beware - it's an addictive lifestyle!
We have two yurts - 'The Exotic Yurt', which is nestled in a secluded corner of our campsite, and 'The Woodland Yurt' which is surrounded by trees and tall bamboo - both have private hot tubs.
They are sumptuously furnished and offer everything you'll need for the ultimate camping experience, from the fluffy towels and bathrobes to the ethnic-style bedding, and the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc.
Although yurts were originally designed for a more basic nomadic lifestyle, ours is fitted out to a standard of comfort and refinement way beyond the aspirations or imagination of your average nomad.
We also know that hot tubs are a luxury feature which nomads would never have transported on their camels - but we think they're well worth bending tradition for - and we're sure that you'll agree when you're relaxing in yours.
THE EXOTIC YURT
The Exotic Yurt - Comfort and style with a romantic and zen ambience
A space for seekers of peace, tranquility and togetherness
Camping in a yurt is the perfect way to connect with nature without the hassle of erecting a tent - not to mention transporting the tent and all the other necessary equipment! Plus you sleep in a 'real bed' in a relaxing and exotic atmosphere with other modern comforts too.
Although you still use communal toilets and hot showers, this is camping at its most civilized and glamorous - which is why they call it 'glamping'!
Please note: The yurt/hot tub facilities have been created as adult environments and are unsuitable for children under 10 years of age.
An additional factor is that lengthy immersion in the higher water temperatures typical of hot tubs is not recommended for young children (or pregnant women).
We are sorry but dogs or other pets are not allowed in our yurts.
The Exotic Yurt sleeps up to four people and The Woodland Yurt ideally sleeps two people (possibly four, by using the double futon).
The kitchen is shared by the yurts, and is a short walk away. It has an oven, microwave, two-ring induction hob, toaster, kettle - and a separate fridge for each yurt.
You'll be welcomed, on arrival at your yurt, with a hamper containing a few basics for your first night and morning (including fresh local bread, butter, milk, eggs from our chickens, yogurts etc).
